At Incredible Birding, we don’t just teach photography—we craft a journey of discovery, creativity, and connection with nature. Our workshop is designed in three powerful phases—Pre-Workshop, During the Workshop, and Post-Workshop—to give you a truly immersive and rewarding experience.
Your journey begins even before you arrive. We start with a personal orientation session to understand your current skills, your camera gear, and what you’re hoping to achieve.
We then bring everyone together in a WhatsApp group—including participants and trainers—a month in advance. This early connection builds excitement, kickstarts your learning, and helps you get familiar with your mentors and peers.

Our expert trainers walk you through live demonstrations, helping you master gear setup, subject approach, and ethical wildlife photography in Sattal’s vibrant landscapes. You’ll learn how to adapt to diverse field conditions and capture birds like a pro.
Expect real-time learning, technical deep-dives, and personalized feedback through interactive classroom sessions. You’ll complete engaging assignments that reinforce your field knowledge and build confidence behind the lens.

Cancellations made 45 days or more before the workshop start date are eligible for a 75% refund of the workshop fee.
Cancellations made within 0–45 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.
Refund calculations are based on the date of written cancellation notice sent via email.
